Service Terms and Conditions

Passengers should present valid room key cards, shuttle bus boarding cards or tickets upon boarding from Hotel to Tsuen Wan.
Under normal circumstances, the hotel shuttle bus departs according to the time schedule. Please assemble the waiting area not less than 10 minutes before shuttle bus departure.
The seating of the hotel shuttle bus is under first-come-first-serve basis. The shuttle bus is full; guests are suggested to take the next shuttle bus or other public transportation to/from the hotel. (The hotel will not be responsible for any travelling fees incurred from other public transportation)
Due to unforeseen traffic conditions, the above route and schedule are subject to change without prior notice.
The above service is only for non-group members.
Children aged under 3 years old do not count as passengers in shuttle bus
The hotel shuttle bus service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Extreme Conditions is in force. Subject to the road and traffic conditions, hotel shuttle bus services will gradually resume normal operations, earliest in 1 hour after typhoon signal No.8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or Extreme Conditions Warning is lowered or cancelled.
For your safety and comfort on the hotel shuttle bus, the amount, the size and the weight of your hand baggage are limited to the following: “Maximum FOUR pieces of hand baggage are allowed on hotel shuttle bus, which must not exceed 16″” or 40cm (Width) x 23″” or “58cm (Height) x 12” or 30cm (Depth) Guests with excess baggage is required to take the next hotel shuttle bus or other transportation. The Hotel will not be responsible for any additional fees incurred.
Royal View Hotel will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personnel belongings on the hotel shuttle bus.
