Remarks:
- Hotel Accommodation Tax is not chargeable as long as the same occupant stays in the same hotel for 28 continuous nights or more
- The above room rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and prevailing government tax (if applicable). Room rates are non-commissionable

- A HK$3,000 cash deposit is required and an agreement must be signed upon arrival
- Notwithstanding anything herein contained to the contrary, the Hotel shall be entitled to early terminate this Agreement by giving to the Guest not less than FOURTEEN Days’ notice in writing. Upon the expiration of such notice, this Agreement shall absolutely cease and determine and the Guest shall forthwith vacate from the Room in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and thereupon the same and everything herein contained shall determine as from the date of the expiration of the said notice. Save and except the Deposit, which shall be refunded to the Guest in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Hotel shall not in any circumstance be liable to the Guest or its occupier for any compensation or loss in connection with the said termination PROVIDED THAT such termination shall be without prejudice to any antecedent claim by the Hotel against the Guest in respect of the room charges or other charges payable hereunder prior to such termination.
- 5 days in advance reservation is required and subject to availability.
- No amendment, transferable or cancellation of booking is allowed once reservation is confirmed.
- Offer is applicable to bookings of minimum 28 consecutive nights or above.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. A supplementary HK$1,500 room cleaning fee will be charged if the guest violates this term.
- Extension of the rental period is subject to hotel room availability, pricing adjustments, and final confirmation.
- No extra bed will be provided for all rooms.
